Thank you for shopping with Cotton n Kids. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines important information about how and when we ship your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options within Pakistan. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Cotton n Kids is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed significantly, please contact us at cottonnkids@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order or arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Cotton n Kids is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
